Maternal and Child Health (MCH) is an important aspect of public health that focuses on the well-being of mothers during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period, as well as the health of children from birth to five years of age. The primary goal of MCH services is to reduce maternal and child mortality and ensure a healthy future generation. Regular health check-ups, immunization, proper nutrition, and increased health awareness play a vital role in improving maternal and child health. In Bangladesh, both the government and various non-governmental organizations are actively working to enhance services in this sector.
